Comedy revolving around a bunch of wise-cracking valley cops on a mission to fill their quotas by any means necessary. Officer Daly (Julia Ann) is a rookie on the beat who is eager to be the best cop on the force. Attractive, sexy and headstrong, Daly is often chastised by her fellow officers despite her diligent efforts to be seen as a respected cop on the force. When their station becomes threatened by possible shut down due to lack of citations, the stations Sargeant orders his officers to take a more aggressive approach to gaining citations. No rules, no-holes-barred, just get those citation numbers up. What Daly and her other co-workers soon discover though is that upholding the law sometimes means breaking the law to get the job done. Valley 911, upholding the law takes on a whole new meaning.
